Beginner Tumbling

Our beginner class focuses on building a strong foundation while encouraging athletes to reach new heights in their tumbling journey. Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, students will master a series of fundamental skills to enhance flexibility strength and coordination from forward/backward rolls, cartwheels and roundoffs, back walkovers, front walkovers, and more.

Intermediate Tumbling


Our intermediate class is tailored for those who have a solid foundation in basic tumbling and are ready to challenge themselves further. With a focus on perfecting round-offs and introducing both standing and running back handsprings. This class is designed to refine your technique, increase your power, and enhance your overall strength.

Accelerated Tumbling

Our accelerated class focuses on refining and connecting back handsprings, enhancing explosive power, and introducing advanced maneuvers like back tucks and front tumbling. Athletes will learn to execute multiple back handsprings, build strength, and start their training in aerial skills and front tumbling with an emphasis on technique and precision.

Clinics


Our clinics are large-group classes focused on specific skills like tumbling, stunts, or jumps. With extended sessions, athletes get detailed instruction, targeted drills, and plenty of practice to boost progress. Clinics will have minimum skills required to attend and they are a great way to refine techniques and train in a high-energy environment.
